Build the protocol

Tesamorelin works better with three things.

Tesamorelin targets visceral fat and can nudge blood sugar. These keep metabolism on side while it works.

Berberine supports insulin sensitivity and body composition, balancing the glucose effect of GHRH therapy.

EPA lowers triglycerides and liver fat, the same compartment tesamorelin is studied against.

Alpha lipoic acid supports glucose metabolism and protects liver and nerve cells from oxidative stress.

Sequence
A 44 amino acid GHRH analogue, stabilised with a trans-3-hexenoyl group at the N terminus.

Not all fat behaves the same way

Subcutaneous fat sits under the skin. Visceral fat sits behind the abdominal wall, packed around the organs, and it is metabolically active in ways the rest is not. It is also the compartment that responds least to diet and training in most people.

Tesamorelin is a growth hormone releasing peptide that has been studied specifically against that compartment. It is the reason someone chooses it over sermorelin.

What it supports
  • Acts on the visceral fat compartment specifically, which is the reason to choose it over sermorelin
  • Signals your own growth hormone release, in natural pulses
  • Supports lean mass retention while body composition shifts
  • A molecule you measure rather than feel, so plan on a baseline scan before you start
How it works
A stabilised GHRH signal.

Tesamorelin is a modified form of growth hormone releasing hormone. The modification slows its breakdown, so the signal to the pituitary lasts longer than the natural hormone does.

The pituitary responds with its own output.

Growth hormone rises in pulses, which raises circulating IGF-1.

Visceral fat is preferentially mobilised.

That compartment is unusually sensitive to growth hormone driven lipolysis, which is why this molecule was studied against it specifically.

The mechanism

A stabilised GHRH signal.

The protocol

Daily subcutaneous injection, typically in the abdomen, usually at night. Courses run several months, and the visceral change is measured rather than felt, so a DEXA or a waist measurement at baseline is worth taking. Ships reconstituted or with diluent depending on the batch, with syringes, pads and instruction. Refrigerate.

As directed by your clinician.

Testing & sourcing

Compounded for you individually by a licensed United States 503A pharmacy that holds LegitScript certification. Every batch is tested before release.

Pairs well with
  • Ice Baths and Infrared Sauna, since the metabolic effect compounds with the demand you put on the system
  • Hyperbaric Chamber, alongside a structured training block
  • Vitamin IVs, as background support on a long course
Who it is not for

Not with an active malignancy. Not in pregnancy or breastfeeding. Not under eighteen. People with diabetes or impaired glucose tolerance need closer supervision, because growth hormone raises blood glucose. Anyone on insulin or an oral glucose lowering agent should expect their clinician to monitor.

Questions
How is this different from sermorelin?
Same axis, different target. Sermorelin is the general purpose growth hormone releasing peptide. Tesamorelin has been studied specifically against visceral fat and is the more targeted choice.
How will I know it is working?
By measurement, not by feel. Waist circumference and a body composition scan at baseline and at three months.
How long before anything changes?
Visceral change is a three to six month conversation. This is not a short course molecule.
Will it affect my blood sugar?
It can raise it. That is the single most important thing your clinician will watch.
Can I take it with sermorelin?
No reason to. They act on the same receptor. Pick one.
Does it cause water retention?
Some people get mild fluid retention or joint stiffness early on. It usually settles. Tell your clinician if it does not.
What happens when I stop?
Visceral fat returns over time if nothing else changed. The molecule buys a window, training and eating hold the result.
Why is there a stronger version only at the club?
Answer to be written once the split above is decided.
In practice

The pituitary responds with its own output.

Book a Consultation

A clearance is not a consultation.

Every order here is reviewed by a licensed clinician before anything ships. That is a clearance, and it is included. A consultation is a different thing. It happens in person at the club, with a Remedy Place doctor who can order blood work, review your history and build a protocol around the therapies in the room, including the things we do not ship.
