Sermorelin works better with three things.
Sermorelin works through the overnight growth hormone pulse, and growth hormone builds with what you give it.
Growth hormone output falls from your twenties onward
Roughly fifteen percent a decade. You notice it first in the things that depend on overnight repair. Sleep gets shallower, recovery takes an extra day, body composition drifts even though nothing about training or eating has changed.
Sermorelin is not growth hormone. It is the signal that asks your pituitary to release its own, in the pulsed rhythm your body already uses. That distinction is the entire reason this molecule exists.
- Signals your pituitary to release its own growth hormone, in the pulsed rhythm it already uses
- Supports lean muscle maintenance and post training recovery
- Supports the deep sleep stages where most growth hormone is released
- Works through your own regulatory loop, so your body keeps its off switch
- Not growth hormone, and not a substitute for it, which is the most common thing people get wrong here
Sermorelin binds the growth hormone releasing hormone receptor on the pituitary. The gland responds by releasing growth hormone it made itself.
Because release still runs through your own regulatory loop, output rises and falls the way it naturally does, including the large overnight pulse. Synthetic growth hormone flattens that pattern.
Growth hormone released during deep sleep drives tissue repair, protein synthesis and fat metabolism. More signal at the right hour means more of that work gets done while you are asleep.

It signals, it does not replace.
Subcutaneous injection, most often nightly before bed, because the target is the overnight pulse. Course length is typically three to six months with a break, set by your clinician. Ships with syringes, alcohol pads, a sharps container and written instruction. Refrigerate on arrival.
The 0.3 mg and 0.45 mg strengths exist so your clinician can start conservative and move up. Most people start at 0.3 mg.

Compounded for you individually by a licensed United States 503A pharmacy that holds LegitScript certification. Every batch is tested before release.
- Infrared Sauna, which works the same sleep and recovery levers from a different direction
- Hyperbaric Chamber, for anyone running a heavy training block
- Remedy Roller or Lymphatic Massage, on the recovery days a course like this is built around
Not for anyone with an active malignancy or a history of one without oncology clearance. Not during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Not for anyone under eighteen. If you have a known pituitary condition, thyroid disease that is not controlled, or you are on corticosteroids, this needs a conversation before a prescription. Your clinician will ask about all of this.
Wait, is this HGH?
How long before anything happens?
Am I going to lose fat on this?
Why do I have to take it at night?
Does it hurt?
I'm on TRT. Is that a problem?
What could go wrong?
How do I store it?
What happens if I just stop?
Do I need blood work first?
Can I do this at the club instead?

The pulse is preserved.
A clearance is not a consultation.
Every order here is reviewed by a licensed clinician before anything ships. That is a clearance, and it is included. A consultation is a different thing. It happens in person at the club, with a Remedy Place doctor who can order blood work, review your history and build a protocol around the therapies in the room, including the things we do not ship.
