Build the protocol

NAD+ Nasal Spray works better with three things.

The spray delivers less per dose than the injection, so a daily oral base matters more.

NiaCel 400 is nicotinamide riboside at a full daily dose: the oral floor under the nasal top up.
$52
NAD+ metabolism consumes methyl groups. Active B vitamins keep the methylation cycle supplied.
$28
NAD+ feeds the electron chain and CoQ10 carries the electrons. More usable energy from every dose.

Some people will never inject anything

And some days do not have room for it. The nasal route trades peak levels for convenience, which for a maintenance product is usually the right trade.

There is a second argument for this route. The nasal passage sits close to the brain, and nasal delivery has been studied as a way to reach central tissue more directly than the bloodstream allows. That is the reason this sits in the Cognition collection as well as Longevity.

What it supports
  • The same coenzyme as the injectable, absorbed across the nasal mucosa
  • Bypasses digestion, which is why NAD+ is not sold as a tablet
  • A format that travels, with nothing to refrigerate for a day or two and nothing to declare
  • Less absorbed per dose than an injection, which we would rather tell you here than have you work out later
How it works
Absorption across the nasal mucosa.

The tissue is thin and richly supplied with blood, so NAD+ crosses without passing through the gut.

It enters the same pathways.

Once absorbed, it is the same coenzyme doing the same work in energy production and repair.

Smaller, more frequent doses.

The nasal route delivers less per dose than an injection, so it suits daily use rather than loading.

The mechanism

Absorption across the nasal mucosa.

The protocol

Typically one to two sprays per nostril, once or twice daily. Thirty millilitres is a substantial supply at that rate. Store refrigerated and protected from light. Prime the pump before first use.

As directed by your clinician.

Testing & sourcing

Compounded for you individually by a licensed United States 503A pharmacy that holds LegitScript certification. Every batch is tested before release.

Pairs well with
  • Vitamin IVs at the club, as the loading half of a load and maintain pattern
  • Hyperbaric Chamber, for anyone whose goal is clarity and focus rather than recovery
Who it is not for

Not in pregnancy or breastfeeding. Not under eighteen. Skip it during an active sinus infection or with significant nasal congestion, since absorption will be unreliable and you are wasting product. Oncology clearance applies as with all NAD+.

Questions
Is this as good as the injection?
No, and we will not pretend otherwise. Less gets absorbed. It is a maintenance and convenience product and it is honest about that.
Can I do both?
Yes. Injection for the dose, spray for the days in between. That is the common pattern.
Why does it sting?
A mild sting or a brief metallic taste at the back of the throat is normal and settles with use.
Morning or night?
Morning for most people. It can be stimulating.
How long does a bottle last?
At two sprays per nostril daily, roughly a month to six weeks depending on the dose you are given.
Does it really need to go in the fridge?
Yes. NAD+ degrades with heat and light, so this one matters more than most.
Can I fly with it?
Yes, under the liquid limits in hand luggage. It tolerates a few hours out of the fridge.
I have a blocked nose. Should I skip it?
Yes, absorption will be unreliable and you are wasting product.
In practice

It enters the same pathways.

Book a Consultation

A clearance is not a consultation.

Every order here is reviewed by a licensed clinician before anything ships. That is a clearance, and it is included. A consultation is a different thing. It happens in person at the club, with a Remedy Place doctor who can order blood work, review your history and build a protocol around the therapies in the room, including the things we do not ship.
