Build the protocol

NAD+ Injectable works better with three things.

Injections raise NAD+ fast. Keeping it up between doses, and using it well, is oral work.

NR plus resveratrol, quercetin and betaine: an oral NAD+ precursor, a CD38 brake on NAD+ loss, and the methyl donor NAD+ clearance uses.
$68
NAD+ metabolism consumes methyl groups. Active B vitamins keep the methylation cycle supplied.
$28
NAD+ feeds the electron chain and CoQ10 carries the electrons. More usable energy from every dose.

Every cell you have runs on NAD+

NAD+ is a coenzyme required for the reactions that turn food into usable energy, and for the enzymes that carry out DNA repair. Levels decline with age, which is one of the better documented facts in this field.

Remedy Place has run NAD+ in club since the beginning. This is the same molecule, in a form you can use between visits.

What it supports
  • Required for the mitochondrial reactions that produce ATP
  • The fuel source for sirtuins and PARPs, the enzyme families involved in cellular repair
  • Delivered past the gut, unlike oral NMN and NR, which are precursors your body has to convert
  • No two hour appointment, which is the practical difference from the IV
How it works
It enters the energy cycle directly.

NAD+ is the electron carrier in the reactions that produce ATP. More available NAD+ means those reactions are less rate limited.

It fuels the repair enzymes.

PARPs and sirtuins both consume NAD+ to do their work. When NAD+ is scarce, repair and energy production compete for the same pool.

Subcutaneous dosing avoids the drip.

A slow subcutaneous injection gives sustained delivery without the two hour intravenous session and without the intensity that comes with a fast IV push.

The mechanism

It enters the energy cycle directly.

The protocol

Subcutaneous injection, typically two to three times a week, dose titrated up from a low starting point. The 1000 mg vial is a one month supply at standard dosing. The 3000 mg vial is three months and is the better value by a wide margin.

Inject slowly. NAD+ pushed quickly produces flushing and a chest tightness that is uncomfortable and entirely avoidable. Your instructions will say this in bold, and so does this page, because it is the single most common first time mistake.

As directed by your clinician.

Testing & sourcing

Compounded for you individually by a licensed United States 503A pharmacy that holds LegitScript certification. Every batch is tested before release.

Pairs well with
  • Vitamin IVs at the club, including NAD+, for anyone who wants to start with a session and maintain at home
  • Hyperbaric Chamber, which pushes oxygen delivery while NAD+ supports what the mitochondria do with it
  • Infrared Sauna, on the same recovery logic
Who it is not for

Not in pregnancy or breastfeeding. Not under eighteen. Anyone with an active malignancy should have oncology clearance first, because NAD+ supports cellular processes indiscriminately. If you are prone to anxiety, start low, because the flushing response can feel alarming the first time.

Questions
How does this compare to an NAD+ IV?
Same molecule. The IV delivers a large dose over hours under supervision. Subcutaneous delivers smaller doses more often, at home. Many people load at the club and maintain at home.
How does it compare to NMN or NR capsules?
Those are precursors your body has to convert. This is NAD+ itself, delivered past the gut. Oral precursors are a maintenance tool. This is not the same product.
Why does my chest feel tight?
You injected too fast. Slow down. It resolves within a minute or two and is not dangerous, but there is no reason to experience it.
When will I feel something?
Many people notice clarity and energy inside the first week. It is one of the more immediately perceptible products on the menu.
1000 mg or 3000 mg?
3000 mg unless you are new to NAD+ and want to test tolerance first.
Does it help with sleep?
It is not a sleep product. Some people find it stimulating and prefer to dose in the morning.
How do I store it?
Refrigerated, protected from light. NAD+ degrades with heat and light, so this one matters more than most.
Can I inject it anywhere?
Abdomen or thigh. Rotate sites.
Is the flushing an allergy?
No. It is a vasodilation response to the dose rate. Allergy presents differently. Call if you get hives, swelling or breathing difficulty.
In practice

It fuels the repair enzymes.

Book a Consultation

A clearance is not a consultation.

Every order here is reviewed by a licensed clinician before anything ships. That is a clearance, and it is included. A consultation is a different thing. It happens in person at the club, with a Remedy Place doctor who can order blood work, review your history and build a protocol around the therapies in the room, including the things we do not ship.
