Build the protocol

Lipo-Mino with L-Carnitine works better with three things.

Lipo-Mino supports fat metabolism. The results come from what surrounds it: blood sugar, cravings and satiety.

Berberine activates AMPK and supports insulin sensitivity and body composition.
$47
Chromium supports steady blood sugar and takes the edge off carbohydrate cravings.
$18
Fiber supports satiety, regularity and the microbiome while intake comes down.

The most oversold category in wellness, described honestly

Lipotropics are compounds involved in how the liver processes fat. Methionine, inositol and choline are the classic three. L-carnitine is the one that carries fatty acids into the mitochondria, where they are burned.

Here is the honest version. This is support for a metabolic process, not a weight loss drug. Alongside training and a deficit it contributes. On its own it does very little, and we would rather say so than have you find out over three months.

What it supports
  • Methionine, inositol and choline are involved in how the liver packages and exports fat
  • L-carnitine is the shuttle that moves long chain fatty acids into the mitochondria
  • Includes B vitamins, which act as cofactors in energy production
  • Does nothing useful without a training and nutrition context, which is why we sell it inside a protocol
How it works
The lipotropics support liver processing.

Methionine, inositol and choline are involved in how the liver packages and exports fat rather than storing it.

L-carnitine handles transport.

Long chain fatty acids cannot enter the mitochondria on their own. Carnitine is the shuttle.

The B vitamins keep the cycle running.

The blend includes B vitamins that act as cofactors in energy production, which is where most of the felt effect comes from.

The mechanism

The lipotropics support liver processing.

The protocol

Intramuscular injection, typically once or twice a week. The 10 mL vial runs about a month at standard dosing. Refrigerate.

As directed by your clinician.
Pairs well with
  • Ice Baths and Infrared Sauna, since this molecule only matters when there is metabolic demand to support
  • Remedy Roller, on training days
  • Vitamin IVs, which overlap and are often run in the same protocol
Who it is not for

Not in pregnancy or breastfeeding. Not under eighteen. Not for anyone with significant liver or kidney impairment. People with a seizure history should discuss L-carnitine with their clinician specifically.

Questions
Will this make me lose weight?
Not on its own. It supports the process. The deficit and the training do the work.
How is it different from a B12 shot?
B12 is one vitamin. This is a lipotropic blend with B vitamins included, aimed at fat metabolism rather than at B12 status.
Does it feel like anything?
Most people report an energy lift, which is largely the B vitamins.
How often?
Once or twice weekly, set by your clinician.
Does the injection sting?
Intramuscular, and some people find it stings briefly. Injecting at room temperature rather than straight from the fridge helps.
Can I use it with a GLP-1?
Discuss it with your clinician. Both affect appetite and energy availability and the combination needs supervision.
Why is it part of a protocol rather than sold on its own?
It is built to support something else you are doing. On its own it is a vitamin shot, and we would rather sell you the thing that works.
In practice

L-carnitine handles transport.

Book a Consultation

A clearance is not a consultation.

Every order here is reviewed by a licensed clinician before anything ships. That is a clearance, and it is included. A consultation is a different thing. It happens in person at the club, with a Remedy Place doctor who can order blood work, review your history and build a protocol around the therapies in the room, including the things we do not ship.
