B12 Methylcobalamin
The active form of B12. Most injections and supplements use cyanocobalamin, which your body has to convert first.

B12 Methylcobalamin works better with three things.
B12 works inside the methylation cycle. It needs its partners to do the job.
The form matters more than most people realise
B12 is required to make red blood cells, to maintain the myelin around nerves, and to run the methylation reactions cells depend on. Low status is common and under recognised, particularly in people who eat little animal protein, anyone over fifty, and anyone on long term acid reducing medication or metformin.
The form matters more than most people realise. Methylcobalamin is the form your body uses directly. Cyanocobalamin, which is what most injections and supplements contain because it is cheaper and more stable, has to be converted first, and it carries a cyanide group your body then has to clear. That is the one honest differentiator on this product.
- Methylcobalamin is one of the two coenzyme forms the body uses directly, with no conversion step
- Injected rather than swallowed, which makes absorption through the gut irrelevant
- Donates a methyl group in the reaction that converts homocysteine to methionine
- If your B12 is already adequate you will not feel much, which is how vitamins work and worth knowing before you buy
Methylcobalamin is one of two coenzyme forms your body actually uses. No conversion step is required.
B12 absorption depends on intrinsic factor and a healthy stomach and ileum. Injection makes that irrelevant, which is why people with absorption issues are prescribed injections rather than tablets.
Methylcobalamin donates a methyl group in the reaction that converts homocysteine to methionine, which sits upstream of a lot of cellular work.

It is already active.
Intramuscular or subcutaneous injection, typically weekly. The 10 mL vial is a long supply at that frequency. Store refrigerated and protected from light. The solution is deep red, which is the vitamin itself.
- Vitamin IVs, which cover the same ground from the club side
- Infrared Sauna or Ice Baths, for anyone whose reason for being here is energy
- Lymphatic Massage, as general background support
B12 is water soluble and has a wide safety margin, but this is still a prescription product. Not in pregnancy or breastfeeding without clinician sign off. Anyone with Leber's hereditary optic neuropathy should avoid it. If you have a cobalt allergy, say so.
Why methylcobalamin over cyanocobalamin?
Will it give me energy?
Can I take too much?
Why does my urine turn bright?
How often?
Should I test first?
Why is it part of a protocol rather than sold on its own?

Injection bypasses absorption problems.
A clearance is not a consultation.
Every order here is reviewed by a licensed clinician before anything ships. That is a clearance, and it is included. A consultation is a different thing. It happens in person at the club, with a Remedy Place doctor who can order blood work, review your history and build a protocol around the therapies in the room, including the things we do not ship.
